Republican Debate South Carolina

Tonight's debate highlighted important issues of the american economy while quickly running into a 3 way argument between Newt Gingrich, Mitt Romney and Santorum... Cnn even had the camera positioned on only the three of them while maybe 3 or 4 opportunities for Ron Paul to speak were given, at least an hour of time was wasted on the three candidates who brought nothing new to the table, with Santorum going so far as to say Congressman Paul was not pro-life.

Such as sad day for America.

Engineer or Die

Today i created a budget for the next year and I almost had a heart attack. I also looked at my grades and determined that if I wanted to have a 3.0 GPA by the time I graduate in engineering I would have to make 4.0s in every single class from now on. This means that I will have to be extremely proactive and organized if I want to achieve this level of academic performance. I am very nervous and fretful since i need this in order to progress in life. I will not rest until i make a 3.0 my reality.

The journey must start now- I must take the next 4 months to cover as much material that I can to become proficient again in engineering and relearn all of the basics including stress and strain, heat transfer and score of other concepts and applications..... We are talking about having a future or living in poverty.

May gods will be with me.

Ron Paul and my morning of strange events.

Today I woke up and heard my carpet rip multiple times before prompting my paroxysms of anger directed at Izzy and Abby. They were happy to irritate me. If you do not already know, Isabelle and Abigail are my two most precious kittens.

After i scowled at them I grabbed my Icona Tablet, I did some thorough research into politics, the news, and various cognitive psychology publications. My mind was revved up while my stomach burbbled like a jabberwoky. Making my way to the kitchen I placed a bowl on the table and filled it up with flakes of my favorite special K serial. They say you can loose up to two dress sizes in a week! Well fortunately I had placed 3 dress sizes in my closet, so I would still have one size left when the week was over.
The cereal itself was sweet and crunchy. I enjoyed the taste of dried strawberry as much as the flakes of corn.

Finishing my tasty breakfast, I was drawn back to bed where I fell back asleep.
Now is the interesting part. In my dream I was reading a spell from the inscription of a pair of boxers. The spell apparently was transforming me into a demon. The dream was hyper realistic- so lucid that I could see and feel everything with more clarity then when I am awake.

I can attribute this phenomenon to two distinct events. When ever I wake up and keep my mind active and subsequently consume any amount of food, my brain surges with activity, and thus upon entering a rapid transition into REM my brain stays at a high level of awareness that makes my dreams crazy realistic.

After my lucid dream, I went to my desk to hook back into the internet where I watched a the debates of the GOP candidates in new Hampshire. I know it was a couple of days ago but lacking standard capable I can only watch the leftovers from YouTube. I found that there was a lot of resentment geared toward congressman Ron Paul of Texas. Though some of his responses rely heavily on the constitution argument, much like Christians rely on the bible for their arguments, his policies would help dampen political corruption in terms of the gradual removal of liberty through guises of war and security.

Though he is not a long-term solution, perhaps sending the US of A in a direction that promotes better fiscal and foreign policy is not such a bad idea. And lets face it, the only way you can have security and your freedoms is to accept that shit happens and be united as country and not as a group of rich political pundits.
AMEN
